One of the best we came across when touring around Scotland. We were looking for a place to stay and we liked it so much we planned to go back the week after when returning home. Very friendly people, clean facilities and quiet surroundings. Nearby there is the animal park, small town at walking distance and The Smiddy Farm Shop which is certainly worth a visit. When we go back this site is on top of our list!

Clean and tidy small site, the bulk of which is in a sheltered old high walled garden. Facilities are all clean and fairly modern and there's an excellent children's play area. The site shop is small but stocked with the essentials at supermarket prices. A rarity. Buy your Safari Park tickets here and you can go back and forward for the duration of your stay. Brilliant.

Enjoyed a weekend here at start of September. Staff very helpful and accomodating. Site was clean and tidy and the toilets / showers and facilities for washing plates/ cutlery very clean and plenty free warm water. Good children's play area. 10 mins on car from Stirling and the nearest Supermarket. Very good mobile chippie reasonably priced and good sized portions. Definitely recommend coming back.
