Brilliant small site and great value for money. No club on site which is a bonus as you don't have the noise if there was one on the same site, but 2 minutes walk from club (see below) The owner Lynda was a lovely lady and very pleasant to deal with. Lynda gave a very personal service and treated you as a welcome and valued guest We had a 6 berth 2 bed caravan for the week It was clean and tidy and ideal for our family of 5 Brilliant location: It is just 2 minutes walk from the Sealands family room, 5 minutes maximum walk to the beach without having to go on a main road, 5 minute walk to fantasy island along Roman Bank. There is a small shop on the adjacent site, a chippy just across the road, a public house with nice food just 2 minutes walk, a pizza shop within 5 minutes in 2 directions The site is 1 minute walk from bus stop for easy access to Skegness, Chapel St Leonards and Ingoldmells centre if you cannot be bothered to walk for 5 minutes. We plan on returning to Blackwells when we next visit Ingoldmells / Skegness Our family has stayed on various sites across Ingoldmells, Skegness, Chapel & Winthorpe, and this is most certainly the best site we have stayed on.
