Had my car remapped by these guys. Fully explained to me the benefits of having it done and I have to say they were spot on. The car feels like a totally different one. Quicker off the mark. A LOT more torque. Fuel economy has gone up. Top end has increased. Well done. Thank You Blackridge

Excellent customer service. I always have bad luck with cars and Blackridge is my good luck. Helped me sort a recent problem with my fuel injectors that even Vauxhall did not diagnose or suggest could be the problem. Without their expertise I would have off the road plenty of times. I have also recommeded work colleagues and they have been very impressed. 10 out of 10.

Changed car to an Audi recently and this company specialises in Audi’s, Volkswagen’s etc. so they have been helpful with a variety of queries and after the recent service I’ve noticed a huge improvement in how smooth the car is to drive. The premises and working environment are neatly kept and organised. Mark is very easy to talk to and you can trust his advice. The parts that are ordered are always of good quality. I’ve now been a customer for 4 years, and will always recommend them to others.

Terrible customer service!!! Booked my car in here to have some work done. Upon arrival i handed over the key and proceeded to the waiting room. I was then asked by a mechanic if i was getting a lift. I said no as i wanted to wait with my car as they have a waiting room. After about an hour he asked me again if i was getting a lift as the work would take a couple of hours. I said i’m ok thanks. Waiting patiently,minding my own business, the receptionist persistently kept asking me also if i was leaving. After 2hours the main mechanic mark hadn’t shown up as he had tooth ache which meant my car hadn’t been looked at. Eventually after being pestered so much i had to say i want to wait with my car is that a problem. When mark did turn up he immediately verbally attacked me asking what my problem was. Why should it be a problem for me to patiently wait for the work to be done on my car. Obviously had something to hide or didn’t want me to see. I would advise people to avoid this garage.

Honest & friendly. Always helpful and knowledgeable. All work was completed to a high standard. Highly recommended
