I had been to another post office to return a parcel. They told me I couldn't do it. I went to this post office and a very lovely lady called Nilofar went above and beyond to get my parcel returned. I highly recommend this post office. It is also very clean and has some lovely gifts for all occasions.
We booked an appointment for assistant to complete a passport application it was so easy, staff are so friendly and helpful. I would recommend using this service to anyone. What ever you need the staff are always brilliant.

Went to the Blackpool Road Post Office to renew Driving licenses and passports for both myself and my wife. We had prebooked because we knew it might take a long time. Imran was the manager and he took us through the process professionally and carefully. He explained what to do and checked everything was in order. The experience left a good impression.
