I have now had my main living room engineered wood floors and stairs carpet installed by Blackheath Flooring and am very pleased with the final outcome and the quality of service provided. I would recommend then for any flooring work you are considering!
We have used Blackheath Interiors twice, once to carpet our hallway and stairs, and once to install shutters in our living room and bedroom and on both occasions we have been thrilled by the care and attention they bring to the job. Prior to installing the carpet Lewis spent a whole day tightening and repairing our floorboards for a squeak free finish. The whole team are very friendly and communication with Emily is always punctual and clear. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
We have been so pleased with all aspects of buying new carpets, here. The choice was excellent, with additional samples searched for and found, and with no pressure into buying anything we weren’t completely happy with. We received a comprehensive estimate, nothing was extra or excluded. The fitter was outstanding, so skilled helpful, patient and hard working. We highly recommend this firm.
I used Blackheath Flooring to install some wooden window shutters in our Victorian flat and they were amazing. The service was friendly and efficient, the installation process precise and punctual, the product quality was spot on and the finished look transformed our flat. The price was reasonable, too. Highly recommended.
We had a very large hallway & stairs and three very large rooms fitted with carpet in our flat in Sept 2022. The service from start to finish was great. The choice of carpet was helped by Emily and the fitting by Lois is very professional. We love our carpets they are like we are walking on air! Very happy with our new carpet and the fantastic service from Blackheath Flooring. Emily was really lovely to deal with and very helpful with her advice. We chose Perfect Day from the Rock N Roll range from Alternative Flooring and it looks and feels great . The customer service was second to none and Louis who fitted the carpet was superb . He was meticulous in fitting the carpet and his attention to detail really impressive. We are delighted with the service from start to finish and happy to recommend Blackheath Flooring as a quality company. .
I met with a few different interiors places to discuss carpet and quotes for two bedrooms and staircase and landing. Blackheath Flooring and Interiors was by far the best service and competitively priced. We chose Victoria Carpets and Alternative Flooring. Emily was fantastic at keeping us updated from ordering to fitting. Louis who fitted our carpets did a fantastic job. He was lovely to work with and we were really impressed with his attention to detail and how hard he worked. The final result is fabulous, and after months of stressful house renovations our home finally feels complete.
These guys saved our floor after it was left damaged by some builders. Emily and the team took their time to make sure they could recover it before sending us some estimates,and they broke down the bits of work into separate quotes to give us flexibility to move furniture around and do it at a pace that worked for us. And then the work Marty did was just amazing, the floors are looking fantastic and he worked around me being in the house with a 6 month old to keep disruption to a minimum. Can't recommend enough!!!!! Thanks all
I am delighted with the work that took place in my home last week. For 5 days Marty worked and sweated his way to transforming 3 bedroom floors from very old grotty carpet to beautifully sanded boards. They look amazing! He also went over and above in terms of moving furniture for me. It has also been a pleasure dealing with Emily and the team because they know their stuff, are helpful, super-efficient and, most of all, they care. Thank you indeed. A job extremely well done!
