I find the staff helpful and friendly. The nurses are very good, sympathetic and efficient. I have never had a problem gaining an appointment in reasonable time.

I can’t review the doctors as I didn’t get that far but I’d like to put on record that the practice manager is one of the rudest most unpleasant and unprofessional people I’ve ever had the misfortune to meet. Equally, the reception staff were unhelpful and unwelcoming. 

I would not recommend Blackett’s!

Never had a problem  Doctors are very good Reception staff are the same Appointments can be can sometimes be difficult but never failed to be seen on the day by a doctor

Although you normally get the help and guidance you need with your injury/illness the waiting times are just abysmal. I've been 2 times in 2 weeks and I've waited 45 minutes to be seen for 2 minutes and 35 minutes to be seen for no longer this time.. Depending who you are is depending what attitude you get as well.. You don't always get an appology for them making you wait stupid length of time either.. Beyond a joke..

Never on time. You will wait at least 35 mins for the appointment that you were lucky to get in the first place. Patients in the waiting room describing in detail why they won't see certain GPs.  Absolutely farcical.
