Popped in here last week for lunch, the new girl who served me + my colleague was very polite and friendly forgot her name joy maybe, showed us the offers and let us see the new lunchtime offer food ordered quickly and didn't wait to long, you'll see from the pics this was outstanding chips decent size and the wrap I ordered out of this world full of flavour and not to nippy, very good value for money aswell highly reccomend for lunch! Thanks again.
Come quite often and food is always really good and super hot and fresh, On 15/8/24ni had the worst experience yet, service was poor no napkins was up and down at least 3-4 times to sort problems that could’ve been prevented if they just took care and thought more of customers needs, staff couldn’t even give out the correct food and mixed up parts of orders and missing items and it was only 2 tables in the store. When the food came it was below average and other people sent theirs back as-well, warm chips at best, dry buns for the burger and the chicken wrap was horrible 2 bits of the chicken were raw and i have been unwell since leaving the store really disappointing. Only 2 stars because the food and service i usually receive is good from the staff i’ve encountered before is really good.
Called in to order early. Great customer service, great food and very welcoming.nnJoy and Katy were lovely. Very attentive and friendly. Couldn't have been nicer. We will recommend to our friends for food but especially because of the service we received.
Was through in Falkirk with my friend as she was getting a tattoo and with being in the area before I’ve always noticed Black Rooster but never been in, until today! Went in and was greeted by the loveliest lady, she told me she just started on Monday I believe the 15th of July if it’s this week! she was an absolute diamond and so friendly.nnAfter I had told her it was my pal and I’s first time in Black Rooster she handed us menus and gave us time to look over it. I ended up ordering the Lunchtime Favourite Box a main, 2 sides, a dip AND a drink for £7.90!! What a steal! and my pal had the Spicy BBQ chicken burrito, halloumi fries and a drink.nnWe will absolutely be back. Thank you so much!! : xx
I can’t rate the physical place, i’ve only been once. Ordered some food from here on Just eat and I was absolutely appalled at how it was sent. I opened the bag to firstly discover the drink was the wrong drink, and the burger wrapper I noticed was bulging and was incredibly sloshy, I opened it, about a pint of sauce fell out of the bag all over my table, the burger inside was completely liquified and it was the most soggy and most disgusting burger I think i’ve ever tasted in my entire life, I never touched it. How do you put that much sauce on it that it actually fills the wrapper to the brim! Plus not to even mention there was barely any chicken on the burger, it was smaller than a McDonalds chicken nugget filled with just utter rubbish to bulk it out. I feel like this was actually purposely done because there is no way you can manage to do that by accident!nnI will not be setting foot near this place again, I had just come home from a busy day and fancied trying this place and I regretted it immediately. Do not order from here! It’s vile!
