Superb location. Quiet and peaceful. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast and second to none ambience. Comfortable bed with free tea and coffee etc. Could not be bettered for an overnight stay when In the surrounding area. Fantastic value

Very cosy B&B with a lake and a canal with weir. Couldn't believe it is inside M25. Truly a world apart.

An amazing place with the water rushing under it it's tilted rooms and corridors and each room has its own separate bathroom. The breakfast and piano was lovely and staff lovely to chat too and helpful..highly recommend

Lovely place with brilliant views. Bed wasn't the comfiest but more than worth it for the scenery and wonderful service.
