Issues with lack of sealant in tubeless tyres. Dropped by for some help and the guy working there topped my sealant up, re inflated my tyre and I picked up extra co and sealant. Great service, very reasonable price and has been friendly both times I've dropped by. Thankyou.
A really excellent local bike shop. They do everything: sales, repairs, and building custom bikes from scratch. They really know their stuff and will always give sensible advice geared to the requirements of the customer. The repair and maintenance service is first class and usually very quick, no matter how busy they are. Prices are very reasonable. Thoroughly nice people to deal with! Just had another bit of bike maintenance done. Great job, efficient service, very reasonable prices. A real pleasure to do business with!

Had an issue with 100 miles to ride, these friendly and helpful guys were able to fix right away and even managed to find an unusual replacement part. Had a great chat about ultra racing too.
Very good experience. Went in to sort out a wobbly foot pedal. Quick assessment gave me a good idea of what work needed to be done and an accurate timescale of when it would be done. Covid aware. Bill was very reasonable for the work done. I felt confident that the bike was repaired
Brilliant! I loved this shop. No frills, proper workshop. Looked like you could have stepped back through time at the front door......apart from all the top end bikes being worked on! Very knowledgeable, no rubbish and the price was more than fair! This place is a great little find
I phoned to see if they were doing drop in repairs and chap said he would fit me in as I was on hols in area. Dropped bike off fixed within 2 hours. Superb service bike all ready on my return and even straightened a buckled wheel which wasn't the reason for my visit! Will definitely be back..
My son's Specialized was in need of a service so we tried Black Bikes on the strength of a recommendation. Couldn't be happier - a very thorough job done for a more than fair price, ready earlier than expected, plus really friendly, knowledgeable guys. I'll be back with my own bike, no need to look further.
No criticism of the shop, but it is only open Wednesday Thursday and Friday. Google said otherwise. So having diverted from Blakeney to get, my disappointment was palpable.
