Fining people for not being able to afford overpriced property sale and rental rates. Not right. The council should rather change the laws rather than impose weird rules on people who are struggling to make ends meet. Sad day for basic human decency.

Most of the people working in the benefits section are lovely & really helpful, unfortunately there's one jackass so unhelpful, if you get through to him you might aswell have not bothered ringing, am working, try to contact council to make aware of changes to hrs, makes you feel as though he's not listening, talks over you, arrogant, makes you regret ringing in the first place
