Walked in to buy a soft drink and was greeted with “what do you do want to do?” So I explained I wanted a drink and she replied “make it quick” after that response I walked out
The man behind the counter is awful. Everytime you go in there he's miserable. Been in 3 times the last 3 days and each time it's him. My 7 year old was looking at the toys to be told don't touch Can't you read!! Went in again today to get electricity. I asked for £17 getting a smart meter the same day so didn't want to put loads on. To be told I can't do £17 he can only do £15 or £20. So I said £15 then. He then said he can't as he has no £5 notes. He then questioned why I want £17. I told him that he's stood next to a post office counter and could change it up that way as previously done before. He threw the £3 on the counter and told me he won't give me change again. Gave me the key and mumbled something. I told him I'll be complaining to which he told me not to can only put this down to previous complaints. Told him I will be and he told me I'll be going to hell and I'm evil. I have made a complaint on the online post office complaints section. Would advice anyone that has received poor service and rudeness from him to do so. He's clearly in the wrong job. The lady I have no issues with by the way. Its a shame for her that he is the way he is and they get the rep due to him.
Very good service on Saturday, despite being busy the lady on the counter helped with renewal. Many thanks xx
I will continue to use this Post Office because it's convenient for me to do so. No problems with the service from the post office as such, whatever I want doing, it gets done. If I have to wait... it's not really the staffs fault, they don't regulate how many people turn up through the door at any particular time. One thing they could do which would make a massive difference is smile and be more welcoming. It's not hard to do, this applies to all the staff but even more so the guy who is regularly behind the shop counter part rather than the actual post office counter. He is so bloody miserable every time I go in there. You try to be polite, engage in a little chat but you just get nothing back, he sadly seems really unhappy in his role serving people. You just feel like you are putting him out by asking him anything.
Big thank you to and your staff Pam Always very helpful and offer great service kind regards Ian Octagon southern
Very poor customer service. Used post office and asked for "tracked". No communication ref options, just printed and slapped a label on for recorded signed for which wasn't what I wanted as too expensive. Asked what she had put on the parcel and met with rude, abrupt attitude. Tempted to ask her to remove it but didn't want the confrontation. Will never use them again, especially now I've read all other reviews that show this is a regular occurrence. Avoid!!
This is a great little Post Office with a prompt and friendly service. At the moment the promptness can vary, due to the restrictions caused by COVID. Only one or two staff working behind the counter, so if you are stuck behind somebody who wants the passport check and send service, you could be in for a bit of a wait. But that's true of any post office really! All the girls are chatty and friendly. They are competent and know what they are doing. Always get a good and friendly service here.
If I could give no stars today I would. Member of staff was so rude to me today for no reason whatsoever it was a disgrace. They've lost a customer today both myself and my family.
blonde lady behind the counter is absolutely useless, spends half her time saying “i’ve never seen this error before” why the hell are you behind the counter then, rude old hag with the competence of a rock
Service was very bad. Woman was horrible behind counter. Went in to get my energy bonus and was told they couldn't give me cash. It could only go on a payment card. I showed her the letter which clearly says cash as I pay my electric bills with an app on my phone to British gas and was just told she wouldn't do it and go somewhere else. This woman was horrible.
