Cracking micro pub, with a good varying drinks list. Even better now that it has expanded with a rear beer garden to help with Covid-19 restrictions.

Beer straight from the barrel is always the best and with the choice of 2 rooms, outside seating area and a barn, complimented by friendly and efficient table service from the staff, Bitter-Suite is my pub of choice.
Very personal service. Very safe. Great range of excellent drinks.
First pint out after lockdown, nothing in Lichfield centre had any kind of atmosphere; all queues , door staff, visors, the usual covid scaremongering. But the Bitter Suite; warm welcome, staff who were discreet and sensitive to the new protocols. Top marks... and wicked beer!
