Wifi wasnt working got laptop back not knowing what they had done to fix it& later found my mouse scroll wasnt working due to alterign driver. Waste of £35 - went to currys a reliable retailer to fix £60. But better service

I have used Bits and PCs both for PC/ print related and framing related jobs.  I have found them to be helpful, friendly and knowledgeable  and I have always left the shop feeling customer satisfied.  I have recommended them to family members and they too have been happy with their framing experience.
