I love this crazy place with it's strange rooms, half 1970s school, half Edwardian gentleman's club: the phenomenal basement library, theatre, music room, random plants on the windowsills, unannounced book sales and a cafe that feels just like a rather nice church fete! (Yes, homemade cakes and scones.)

Your receptionist needs some training in customer service/experience and if your going to hold exams in the building then put more chairs in the waiting area.
