"We are a lively multicultural Pentecostal church for the city of Birmingham UK and the nations!Join us for a friendly welcome, uplifting worship and helpful teaching!Our services are at 9am and 11.15am in person at our building, and also online via our YouTube channel at and our Facebook fan page.We also offer ministry to children from creche to Year 6, and to youth from Year 7 to Year 13 in each service.Please note that photos can be added by anyone of the general public and may not be of our premises. As a Black man who recently moved with my family from London to Birmingham, we were in search of a welcoming church community and found Birmingham City Church. The church itself is wonderful, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. I was particularly encouraged by the diversity among the congregation, which made me feel more confident and at home. The children’s department is excellent, and overall, the church offers a very positive experience. However, after attending for several weeks, I made the difficult decision to look elsewhere. Despite the diverse congregation, I did not see anyone who looked like me in leadership positions. As someone with a passion for ministry and a background in church leadership, this was disheartening. I hoped to see representation in the form of Black leaders—whether as pastors, youth pastors, assistant pastors, or associate pastors. Unfortunately, the absence of such representation made me feel that there was no path for me to contribute in a meaningful way within this church. It’s unfortunate because Birmingham City Church is indeed a lovely and wonderful place. I would have loved to stay and become part of the church family, but the lack of visible leadership diversity led me to seek out a different community where I might see a future for my involvement in ministry.
We turned up there with no food voucher today as we just moved to hostel around here and they spoke to the manager and still let me my partner and my brother have food parcel without one and the staff were very polite and friendly
This is a large church made up of over 90 different nationalities and is still growing serving the community. They have is a large kids and youth ministry catering for all. It is a safe place to connect or reconnect with the Lord Jesus Christ.
The church is lovely, it’s welcoming ,they have friendly atmosphere and their choirs are doing a great job

Great Church, Amazing People!
Fantastic people doing Fantastic work. If we didn't have these outlets for donations for foodbanks when people are in need, then alot of people wouldn't survive. The work these people do at the church is a absolute god send Love and respect to you all and thank you

I was here last Sunday for the first time, and it felt like home. I felt peace and God's presence. Working towards making it my church. Enjoyed the pastor's teachings and choir ministration. It's such a beautiful place to worship. If you want a diverse church with the right mix of Christian values. Then visit Birmingham City Church and thank me later.
My family and I love going to church every Sunday. We really love this church and have been there for the past 14 years.
