I had a poor customer service experience with one of your staff members at the ticket counter. The lady serving was rude to me for no apparent reason and displayed unprofessional behavior by hitting the glass at the counter. This occurred on Tuesday, March 5th, 2024, at 12:36 pm. I hope steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen to others in the future.
Nice station that is undergoing refurbishment.
The most interesting Merseyrail train station with restored historic buildings/features and the old train shed adjacent to it which adds atmosphere. Waiting rooms on both platforms and frequent train services.
Not happy at all my daughter is stuck the the station she has to go to Ellesmere port to get home after college, and she gets kicked off the platform and not advised at all where or how to get home again.
the station had scaffolding up when I visited so it didn't look great, but as suggested by the name it's the most central station for Birkenhead. use Hamilton square as an Interchange for new Brighton
Staff are lovely and helpful. So quick to get into Liverpool. Trains could be a little cleaner but can't be helped at times. Announcements could be timed better before a train leaves if trains are cancelled or go so far with no transport the other end.
Great station gas toilets and friendly staff that are willing to help.
Proper old-fashioned Mersey train station, no fuss & frills-croissants or café con leché. Probably hasn't changed in hundred years with an old wooden housed footbridge. Far prefer this to the neon lit Conway Park.
A busy station with trains to Liverpool Central and Chester.
Everything is easier with the train just pay and enjoy the experience
