I went in today to get my eyebrows cleaned, the lady didn’t even ask me how i want them so i told her to keep the thickness and length just wanted a basic tidy up and she managed to ruin my natural shape n thin one out n arch the other! It’s disgusting paying £7 for a 1 minute job using a tiny piece of thread and having your eyebrows ruined when it can take months for them to grow! i sent a picture to my sisters n they asked what i had done to my eyebrows as even i can do a better job!Service:&nbsp;Eyebrow threading

Poor overall. worst pedicure I've ever had poor finish with the polish I had red paint all over my skin. My daughter had a manicure  but all she got was a very quick file and patchy polish. Shellac costs an extra 20 pounds?? Other places doing a much better job for a more reasonable price!!Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

Manicure was good but customer service was really poor. The lady that did mine was quite rude, didn't talk me through what she was doing and rudely gestured to me when she wanted me to move my hands etc. She also spoke to her colleague next to her in their own language the whole time and left me at the drier for too long that I had to ask someone else to check if my nails were dry. Place looked dirty and staff don't look very happy. Not very welcoming, even my young daughter was shocked at the rudeness of staff. I won't be returning.Service:&nbsp;Manicure

I had my appointment booked for 1pm today and although I was early by 15 mins!! The ladies at this establishment were more than happy to welcome me and let me start my treatment. I had my first ever spa pedicure treatment and it was the lovely Kajan I’m so sorry if I have misspelt your name, but she was so friendly and attentive with my apportionment. Highly professional people, great services.  I have done a laser treatment with them, Kirem is fantastic! She knows how to make clients comfortable, happy and relaxed. The results are also great, much better than in other salons in London.  I highly recommend this place!Service:&nbsp;Laser hair removal

I would highly recommend Khadija for a wax. She was very professional. Hot wax was recommended for a Hollywood and she made it painless. Very pleased with her service and will be asking for her next time.Service:&nbsp;Waxing

I visited today for Cellispeel Pedicure. It was my first visit here , but I must say, i had a great experience. I was attended by Mrs. Daxa Patel, she was thoroughly professional and very friendly throughout my visit. I highly recommend next time you want to get any pedicure or any other beauty treatment, please ask for Daxa Patel.

I booked an appointment for my sister today with Nazia, my sister was very nervous about going, especially as she didn't want to go on her own. I explained to Nazia that she is my only sister so didn't have anyone else she could bring with her. Nazia made her feel at ease and made sure she was okay. My sister was very comfortable and said she will book another appointment but is okay going on her own.

Went there today for eyebrow waxing and I told the lady not to do my eyebrows too thin and and too thick and she took off almost all my eyebrows, she didn't even give me a chance to look at my brows before finishing. please avoid going there

Nazia was amazing! She made me laugh while I was having my wax so that I felt comfortable. Would definitely recommend
