All the staff are really friendly and knowledgable. The place is immaculately clean. I would definitely recommend.
Love it, love it, love it! A lot cheaper than I expected, lovely staff, great time under the sunbed goes too quickly. I find it does help my back, joints and even my skin! I'm going to keep this up.
Receptionist is super friendly & helpful. The place is so clean, beds seem to be nicely cleaned & the rooms are so tidy & well kept. They answer the phone every time too. Love this place.
Staff are very helpful and friendly. Always so clean and the bulbs are changed regularly so good. They also advise you what amount of time you should go on for which is helpful. Highly recommend

Booked an 830 appointment in preparation for my holiday - the shop is meant to be open from 8am according to hours online and in store, but nobody was there. In the end I had to leave at 845, having wasted a journey into town and probably getting a black mark on my account for 'missing' my appointment. EDIT: Received a call from customer services - very happy with the resolution, staff very apologetic. Been in twice since, and it's been a great experience :
This place always offers consistent experience. Friendly and helpful staff and clean rooms. Convenient location and good opening hours. Now is a good time to save some £££ on current Christmas offers! :
Good quality sun beds, I had never been on a sun bed before, Steph was so helpful and cared about what was best for my skin I have now been on a good few times the girls are always welcoming & friendly.
