Was grumpy. Said I hadn't told him exactly what I had and it would cost more, before he had even checked what I had.Refused to take everything that we had agreed on the phone, leaving my garage still full of rubbish. Drove away leaving a piece of furniture on the pavement outside the house. Complained the whole time he was loading the van. If you're a loan woman , do not hire this company. I certainly was not satisfied with the service.
