Horrible, rude , threatening and aggressive. Recently they moved a neighbour. Not only did the block everyone in on the day but also blocked us in, simply delivering boxes prior to the move., with a single car!! No problems with the incoming moving people. I'm sure they will have an excuse or lay the blame elsewhere however, best avoided.
We have recently used Andrews of Kent to move us. From start to finish they have been nothing but professional, polite and accommodating. Cara in the office is very efficient and on top of her game. Andrew came out to quote, was very factual about the logistics of the move and was very happy to answer any questions I had. On the day of move in, the team arrived at the time stated. All the guys were friendly but polite, nice you could have a laugh and joke with too. They only took a couple of hours to empty the house, and again on the flip side only took a couple of hours moving our items in. Our team were Andrew for half the day :- Ben, Glynn, Charlie and Karl. Thank you all so much, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you!
The staff here are so pleasant and it's a very overall pleasant environment here. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, relaxed, and friendly place for storage.
I cannot recommend this company enough! We used this company to move my elderly grandmother to her new flat this week. Dave and Karl were amazing, very professional and friendly making everything less stressful for everyone. They took the time to put everything where we wanted and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely use these guys again. Thank you so much.
Very punctual, friendly and efficient crew who did a brilliant job moving us on a very rainy and chaotic day. They made short work of dismantling and reassembling furniture including a complicated ottoman bed. Breakables were extremely well wrapped. They were also great problem solvers!nnWe appreciated the considerate and responsive staff in the office who, along with the packers and movers, made the whole experience as stress-free as possible.nnWe would definitely use Andrews again and recommend them to anyone. Thanks again to the whole team!
