Very very rude receptionist who obviously did not want to be there, my first time here and hopefully my last . When giving my name as  i arrived she replied "yes and ?" When saying i had come for physio she then asked me if i could read and pointed to a note which was behind the people in front of me which said if you have a physio apmt take a seat,  Turned up for physio on my neck no help whatsoever she had no xrays and had done no prep just sent home with a picture showing me how to look up at the ceiling then down to the floor right then left then goodbye !!!!! All i can say is thank god for Mcmillan and by god we DO need you sadly so much. Xxx.

Nobody to ask a question. No one on reception. Vehicles parked on double yellow lines and in the way of the important car parking signs.
