I rarely write reviews of services and as an ex NHS staff member I am very reluctant to criticise NHS staff working in difficult circumstances but today I make an exception.  I had a blood test at this centre today and the phlebotomist was rude, curt and clearly unhappy in her work.  Her attitude was completely unnacceptable and unprofessional.

Had a blood test  appointment. It was done in no time.  The place is easily accessible.

Had an x-ray on 3/2. We were late as the satnav misdirected us. I tried to ring to let them know but it kept cutting off. However when we arrived the male receptionist was great and we went through. I was seen quite quickly and i felt reassured about my condition. Minus 1 star for the phones.

Whenever I've been here previously for blood tests the service here has been excellent. Today I attended for X ray, the receptionist for X rays could not have been more sour faced and less helpful! The last thing you need as nobody comes here unless they have a health issue. What a pity that one person has let this superb team down so badly.

Plenty of free parking, appointment was on time, the phlebotomist was lovely, as was the receptionist. 1st class all round, and I always choose this clinic whin I need a blood test because of those reasons. Keep up the good work
