I’ve been to Billericay St Andrews Centre a few times for blood tests and it’s always been a smooth, efficient experience. In and out within minutes, appointments run on time, and the staff are really helpful. I always bring my paper blood test form - I saw in one of the Google reviews that someone forgot theirs and wasn’t allowed to have the test done, which makes sense since they need it to know what to test for. Plenty of parking available too. Overall, great service!

Great service, parking easy, check in quick and quickly called through for test. I was told I should've drank 1 pint of water before test as it improves kidney function results.  I've never been told that before and no information on blood test form on booking system. Might be handy to know this beforehand

Today was the first time I've had a blood test here. Plenty of free parking. Everyone was really nice and the lady who took my blood was fabulous, no one can ever find my vains but this lady did it effortlessly.

Had a blood test  appointment. It was done in no time.  The place is easily accessible.

Had chest xray two weeks ago, was told results back within 7 days. My doctors still havent recieved them and are telling ME to Email and request results over to my surgery.   Perhaps i should have dealt with the whole process myself!  Tried phoning St Andrews  to request the above 5 tumes, each time the call was not answeed and CUT OFF. SHOCKING SERVICE
