Richard was going to a concert in South Shields, near Newcastle upon Tyne. He brought an e-bike for my friend with him, took the time to explain everything to her and and ensured she was happy with everything before he went off to get his brunch. Top bloke, great customer service and fantastic products. What more could you want?

I got my first Ebike from Bike Pedlars last year. When it went wrong while still under guarantee I thought I would have to get it back to them but they brought the van nearly twenty miles to Newark to collect and when it was mended they delivered, without any charge. Then very soon after the year’s guarantee was up the bike packed up again, so I took it back for repair. They tried the bike, confirmed what I told them, looked at all the possibilities but couldn’t identify the fault. At this point some dealers/repairers would just have said the bike was beyond repair and I needed a new one. Instead Bike Pedlars ended up sending it to the manufacturer. After quite a while they couldn’t identify the fault either. Again, neither the factory nor the dealer was under any obligation to do any more. What they did was swap the broken-down bike for a nearly new demonstration model, without charging me anything! I don’t think you can get better than that.

Great store and also great serving. I just went there for a small repair at my front wheel where I met the owner. Although I said that I am in a rush and I just bumped in to see where the store is he was very fast in fixing my problem and also giving me advice. I would anytime choose this store, I saw that he has a range of new, used and great bikes. He also does upgrades and in terms of parts the prices are very good. Keep up the good work mate !!!

Talk about go the extra mile! This chap offers an incredibly good service and is so very helpful! A Top Bloke indeed! I would now never go anywhere else for my bicycling needs!
