I went Sunday and the manager spent a lot of time making sure my grand child had the correct shoe fitting for 3 pairs of shoes. Made to feel special and under no pressure to buy. Always go there, just Brillant.
Measured my son in the wrong width and size, and now their out of stock online so we can't get anymore! We don't have a local clarks store so we travelled out of our way to get these. You trust properly trained shoe fitters I could do a better job myself!. Not very good to get the shoes that were supposed to be measured by someone who is supposed to be skilled and struggle to get them on your sons feet. Checked inside his shoes from the year before and realised they were the same size! How does this happen clarks!!
