Arranged and reserved a storage space at big yellow yesterday and had a tour of their facility with Tony was very impressed with the quality of the storage lockers and staff very helpful and friendly excellent service unfortunatly my circumstances change overnight and I phone to cancel and expected some bad attitude Tony was completely understanding and cancelled with no problems I will definitely use in future should the need arise. I cant thank Tony enough for his help and can recommend this facility 100%.Thanks again .
