I was served by a gentleman named Tariq on the day of check in. He was helpful and explained everything. He handled everything professionally although I had not remembered my discussion with them initially and denied that I had accepted to make an upfront payment for 24 weeks. He showed us the storage room and I am happy with the service that I was provided.

Great Service from the team at Big Yellow. So impressed with the helpfulness and great commitment to Customer Service from Tariq and the Team. Well impressed with the Professionalism. I would definitely recommend Big Yellow.

I have had nothing but the best service from tariq at this location. He is very professional and a polite and Always goes out of his way to assist. I have been to other self Storage places but this on exceeds my expectations all because of people like Tariq managing it.

Great service from Tariq. Made it really easy for me to move in. Efficient, professional service with a smile. Showed me to my storage room and explained everything clearly to me. 5 stars from me!

Tariq and his team run an excellent facility in Southall / Hanwell border . It is the most organised and professional storage company I have used for my business. They are extremely courteous and helpful and I would recommend them without question . Birdi, Saeed, and Micheal are so helpful and their customer service is superb . I use this branch for all of my interior design projects and feel that my belongings are secure and well looked after . A brilliant team .
