Hgv1 must reverse in there ...The client had to stop traffic so I could go in reverse blind side...I needed to use the toilet and the reception staff were very kind and showed the way, *many places don't let drivers use the toilet 5stars for this place

The service here is pretty impressive . Robert, the kind and patient staff, led me through the inside of the storage with comprehensive introduction, and helped me apply for a late entry efficiently. I had an amazing experience at Access Self Storage Alperton . My sister & I had to used the store on March & April, when we had to move home, we had a very warm welcome from all the staff, especially Robert did an amazing job by giving us the a good room with reasonable price and easy access in the ground floor, You are lucky to have him, he is loyal, and sincere to his work and I would also like to appreciate the manager who works in the back room, i met him during extended time for second month. I was not able to thank him in person so I hope the Company thanks him for me

superb service! Rob was very helpful and efficient. The storage space is cleaning and easy access. it located near A406 with good access. I was offered 50% off on first 2 months so it was a good deal for me. definitely recommend this one !

Booking and sorting the storage was very painful - over an hour and a half, not including the initial phone call where they messed up the reservation. The access to the storage is a mess - pallets of goods left all over the place meaning only 2 vehicles can get access near the lifts at any one time. This means that if you park in the access road outside you can easily get blocked in by others loading and unloading and leaving their vehicle unattended in the access road. The units themselves are always clean with easy access from the lifts.

Very secure storage with a convenient loading bay that can accommodate at least 3 vehicles at the same time. Fully alarmed with 2 full size goods lifts. Staff very helpful, particularly Robert, who even went beyond the call of duty when we we were moving in the first day and couldn't finish unloading until after their closing times.

Five star staff and service provided for a smooth move in. Make sure you do all the online stuff beforehand to make it even smoother. Facility is good for our needs and straightforward to access yet secure and safe.
