I’ve used BY Birmingham for 6 months. Customer service from all the team has been excellent - especially Paul who helped set everything up. They’ve been flexible with last minute room changes and very helpful with forklift. It’s relatively expensive is only issue - can argue that you get what you pay for, but on other hand doesn’t encourage longer term use, which a shame. But overall I’ve been really impressed by customer service from team.

Our business regularly use Big Yellow and used to their professionalism, but I was very impressed by how helpful the team at the B'Ham store were. Thank you Luke, Sam, Paul and Oli for going over and above that.

They helped us find the most suitable room for our needs and were accommodating when we had to make some changes. Sam thanks for the coffee too :)

Paul's customer service was brilliant. Such a great guy who was beyond helpful when helping me decide on what storage unit best suited my needs. I've used other storage units in Birmingham but this self storage is definitely by far the best in terms of security and cleanliness. The big on site carpark and trolleys are a massive help when taking stuff in and out!
