Nice place you can sit and wait while you can have some coffee or drinks but its a long wait so be prepared specialy if you go with kids . My daughter was board of waiting when we picked up our car and other couple said they was waiting for over 2 hrs ..

Wow! Great experience from start to finish.  Top service, lots of choice and lower prices than other car supermarkets and local dealers. Nice website with lots of information; easy to find your way around. Telephone support and on site sales staff were very helpful - no pressure and offered all the facilities of a main dealer.  Very slick collection system,  the cars all look immaculate. I have bought at car supermarkets before and this is nothing like that! Definitely worth making the trip to see them - sites close to fast motorway links so no further than going into London!

Trade in price quoted on the website varied wildly from the actual price they gave me. Shame, as the rest of the service was quite good.
Update: I purchased an ectra year warranty to go with the remaing 6 months manufacturers warranty. I was promised that the big motoring world 3 month warranty that is supplied with every car would be appended to the manufacturers one, effectively giving me 21 months cover. However, the extended policy arrived and no 3 months cover included. After several calls to customer service I have given up. Each time I get a different excuse and no intention of delivering their promises.
