Have used them in the past and they were always very, very late (sometimes it would take over a month). For the price, I didn't mind... but back then (two year ago) they actually answered emails/picked up the phone. They take your money straight away and I am still waiting for it to be dispatched (it's been well over a month). No one is answering the phone or my emails. It's not worth it. So many other reputable stores have the same products for practically the same price. Don't bother shopping here.

Ordered an expensive dinner set which appeared to be in stock. They took the money then sent an email saying it was out of stock but had an order in and that it would be in stock in three weeks. Not arrived and no email contact. Tel system says leave a message but no facility to do so. I have now spoken to them and they agreed to give me a 10%discount after I threatened to cancel the order. It arrived a few days later in good condition. Would not use them again if I needed them within a month.

These chaps are the Bees Knees. My order was received in a couple of days extremely well packed, an absolute must must with crockery. Oh yes, the price was right too. Give them a try they deserve it.

If you require quality crystal then this is the place to go. All the top brands. Prices are very good, and delivery is excellent (free on orders over £30). Their Customer Service is Brilliant, and they are very quick to respond to questions concerning the products they advertise. This company I would endorse as "Excellent".
