I love eating at big john they have all the food really fresh especially chicken & chips its the chicken sooo juicy its just sooo delicious i cant stop having it.
A very clean and well cared for store with supportive staff that make each visit a pleasure. The food is to a good quality and served quickly. Staff and management are always happy to assist.
Have received all burned food. When I've called to complain, received swearings in my address. Plus they have threatened my by telling where I live. Never order from them, especially in the middle of night, when you are not aible to complain to Just Eat
Not the best experience on this occasion. We waited for 20+min, which was understandable as we was waiting for pizza but oir chips was near to cold. Seems like they had the chips ready before we walked in and then lost it temperature more while waiting for pizza to be cooked. Big John is good value for money and people are great too. More management is needed on giving right temperature food so customers can enjoy it more. We was eating in so its not that we walked home to eat it. Pizza was perfectly cooked with good temperature but chips was very poor experience. Also look into your Vinger as it seem to have more water then condiment in there. Will try again soon and if better experience then ill reflect that here.
Good food. Bit too many chips. Since they are fat chips, they are very filling and end up leaving a few. Food was prepared well and fast
Wanted to try out the place. Person taking my order was speaking broken english, not the best idea to put that person in direct contact with customers. Also he didn't pass my order to the kitchen, had ro wait extra because of that. Food itself is ok, it's a good pizza. Nothing to write legends about, it just does the job. They just have to work on their customer service, make sure customers are served without any unnecessary issues that can be easily avoided.
Love their pizza,grilled fish and burgers . Food is always good
Ordered food in store came home and checked only got half of the order, called them they can't be bothered to sort it or refund, awful service
