I was recently in the market for a tow bar for my Skoda Fabia; to my surprise the market is flooded with people fitting tow bars. I filled in the  quote request forms and rang one or two. Some didn't come back to me and some took days. Ian came back to me with not one option but two very quickly. Ian was concerned I had the right electrics for my application and nearly new vehicle. He recommended I talk to the manufacture re the warranty so that I didn't blight my self in the future.
I found Big Bear to be very caring, professional and competitive. I would recommend Ian and his team every time for all your towing needs.

Hired a roof box to go skiing. Superb service and really good product. Ian was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely use again and would recommend.

I hired a Thurle roof box via an eBay advert for the roof box. The unit came with all the fittings and unit for an untouchable price including fitting. 
The service was fantastic. The customer support and front of house was beyond amazing and I would certainly recommend anyone wanting this type of service to use the team.
