Would highly recommend Andrew and his team at A1 Campers. They did an absolutely sterling job converting my T6. The products they use are the best on the market, their skills in the workshop are flawless and they do it all for a very competitive price. The whole experience of getting my van converted was absolutely spot on. Really helpful advice given every step of the way and the team are willing to do absolutely everything they can to ensure that you drive away very happy customer! Look no further!
We bought our camper van in July 2021 and have been very happy with it ever since. There were a few specific things we wanted such as an under slung LPG tank, a heater that did not run on diesel, and a proper rib bed. We could not find many people who could oblige on all of those points so were very lucky to come across A1. I would very much recommend Andy and team to anyone else looking at converting a van.
Great service! Very happy with my new RIB bed. Spoken to Andrew couple times last week before coming down. He was very helpful and patient in answering my questions. Was initially going to fit it myself but then decided to let him do it on the spot as I quickly built my trust in his professional attitude. Proper job done, extra mile gone, all sealed and individually fitted. Brilliant! Cheers guys
A1 by name and an A1 service without question, Andrew and his team could not have been more accommodating and professional, the fitting service offered of their rib bed system was nothing less than perfect,all this rounded up with payment to Carol heading up the office was made so easy with her sunshine smile.
Looked at a variety of Camper / motorhome options and suppliers. Opted for A1 Campers. Partly just really liked one of the Campers they had for sale - their own conversion. They buy quality nearly new vans from Lister's. Finish and design superb. Friendly and efficient proprietor and staff who gave sound advice to a campervan novice. Excellent after sales support and servicing is available.
Had new RIB bed fitted in my VW camper by A1 Campers. The old one was a bit of a beast but the guys managed to get it out successfully without damaging the kitchen. Very professional and friendly, was worth the 6.5hr round trip.
I enquired about a Rib 129 bed, although Andy and the team don’t keep these in stock they were quick to get back to me and order some. Once in stock I went down to their unit and within a few hours it was fitted . I would highly recommend Andy and the team at A1 campers

I have recently purchased my lovely California from A1Camper conversions I couldn't be happier. Mick and Andrew and Carol have just been brilliant. Andrew has expert Knowledge on the campers and very happy to answers questions and help. We really couldn't be happier. I really don't think you would get the customer service and after sales from anywhere else better than here, nothing has been too much trouble. Andrew and his team also sell new Californias which is great to know as when we do purchase a new one in the future I will definitely be buying from Andrew. Thank you
