The service from Bideford Carpets has been outstanding, and the fitting/laying process amazing. We chose Karndean wood-effect vinyl tiles which we wanted laid in a parquet style. The results were stunning and we'll definitely use these guys again.
I am a returning customer because the people here are so helpful and the end results so good. Great advice without pressure to buy from the highest price ranges, patience answering questions and a genuine interest in having happy customers. The fitters were really helpful, hard working and the carpets look lovely. What more can I say? Highly recommended
Once again our choice of Bideford Carpet has proved to be the right one. The service we received in helping us choose the carpet for our two flights of landing and stairs was excellent. Had a new bedroom carpet - service was excellent throughout. From Peter in sales who helped with my hundreds of questions to the lovely fitters who were prompt and very tidy. Carpet is great and I'm very pleased with the result. Would recommend Bideford Carpets to anyone needing flooring or furniture.
We have used Bideford Carpets again and again over the last twenty years, and they have proved themselves to be excellent in every way. Our latest visit was last week, 30th November,2022. We needed a new bed, and as always Bideford Carpets were our first and only port of call. Yesterday, 8th December our new bed was delivered and installed by two gentlemen who made an excellent job, both the delivery not the easiest job in our house, and the installation, taking care to make sure we were happy with some of the features of the bed storage underneath. Right from the start we were looked after very well indeed from the young lady who took us up to the bed show room, through to Peter, who took care of final details, making sure we had just the right bed for our requirements, and the ordering, to the two gentlemen who delivered, installed the new bed, and took away the old one. Thank you, the team at Bideford Carpets, you deserve to do well, even in these difficult times.

We purchased a Lay-z-Boy suite and we are very happy with it. The service from the shop from order through to delivery was first class and we would use them again and recommend to others.
Why can’t companies keep their information up to date. We just visited on a bank holiday and they’re closed. Fair enough but something on their ansaphone message or keep your google info up to day would have saved a wasted journey and we won’t bother again
I purchased a cabinet and bookcase in May. The products were being discontinued so I did get a small discount. On opening the main cupboard of the cabinet I noticed a really strong perfume smell. I called the store and was told by one of the salesmen sold as seen. I have since used many products which say that they neutralise smells but nothing has worked so far. It would be useful to know what I was dealing with. I would not recommend this company as no after sales.
