Hired our suits and we were delighted with the service we received. Nothing was too much trouble . Even collected some from another shop in Cambridgeshire. Excellent

As far as my dress experience goes, it cannot be faulted. Which is why we decided to hire our suits from here aswel. This turned out to be a big mistake. From the beginning we told Andy that three out of the six men in our wedding party would not be in the area until the actual wedding. One of which lives in Australia. He assured us this was not a problem at all. We gave one set of measurements and I managed to get the other two guys to be measured at the shop, so that we would know they at least would be right. The child's suit we ordered, although Andy measured him himself the shirt sleeves were to short so had to be rolled up and the trousers to small in waist and length, the trousers at least got changed in time. Andy took Two months putting one persons measurements up online, changed my fathers suit instead of the best mans like we asked, even after me telling him three times. My brothers suit on the day could not be worn as it was miles to big and yet Andy is denying this was wrong, as he measured him himself. Andy told my husband and I that we would not need to bother with cuff links for the shirts as he would not be getting cuff link shirts for us (great we thought) then on the day five shirts all need cuff links and we had none. So on the morning of the wedding my now husband is running out to buy cuff links and a suit for my brother. Andy's attitude towards us was lovely in the beginning, then his tone completely changed when we addressed him with our issues. Two of the suits were not put up on the system before the cut off at all so he then had to call up to have them ordered. We wanted to change the colour ties (admittedly short notice) but as we found him hard to get in contact with we then had to pay extra to have this done, due to the cut off, although if we had been able to get in touch with him when we had been trying we would have been within our time limit. Through all of this, I would have left it (as whats the point it's done now, money wasted, stress over). But when my husband took back the suits and explained the added issues on the day, no apology was made at all. Andy said we were not told not to get cuff links (both imagined that then) and that my brothers suit was not a mistake made by him. (funny then why it was miles to big) so bad it could not be worn. I would not recommend anyone to use this shop for their suits, go elsewhere. I have since found out many other people have had a similar experience with the suits.
