The caravan we stayed in was very nice. Situated towards the entrance to the park, access was good with parking available at the caravan site. Our party consisted of two disabled persons, a three year old and myself. There is disabled parking available at the entertainment complex but spaces are very limited. As the complex is at the bottom of a very steep hill, access using a wheelchair is not advised. Pushing a manual wheelchair up the hill would require superhuman strength and our electric scooters skidded going down and overloaded trying to get back up. I had to get the car out to go and rescue one that had cut out in the hill! It rained during our stay and drainage seemed to be a problem at our location and the grassed area around our van quickly flooded and became very muddy. Access to the swimming pool with a wheelchair was very difficult to achieve without negotiating steps. The only way we found was to go outside of the complex and around the building. Even then you had to knock on the fire exit door to get someone to unlock it. This still limited the wheelchair to the lower play areas and did not allow access to the patio area. (A ramp would be a good idea here!) Overall a very enjoyable stay but the park is not really wheelchair friendly. In fact as able-bodied I still found the hill daunting. 4 stars for fit, able bodied but only 2 stars for disabled, elderly or families using buggies for the kids.

Quiet park in peaceful and scenic setting. Would happily return. Accommodation was well equipped, clean and modern. Staff on site were also helpful and friendly.

We arrived here to absolute chaos and our room wasn't ready. The park took an hour to turnaround our chalet and after a 6 hour drive couldn't have been the worst thing. The chalet was meant to accommodate 6 people yet there was only one socket in the living space and one in the main bedroom. None in the other bedroom and nowadays we all have phones/devices etc the club shop needs replenishing with stock all we wanted was a pipsqueek toy and non in site . We just got told by entertainment staff that they weren't replenishing as this was last year's stock.
