I could not have been more impressed.

The car buying experience was quick and completely stress free (no pressure to buy at all), the staff were all really friendly and professional and the location is perfect for test drives. Most importantly, 3 months in, the car (Seat Ibiza) is running perfectly.

Special credit should go to Abs at BetterCar (who sold me the car).  He has been incredibly helpful and really gone the extra mile to sort out some post sale items that we agreed too.

I would definitely buy a car from BetterCar in the future.

This was my first time purchasing a car in my own name. From start to finish I received amazing customer service from Vicky. She helped me with everything I needed help with, couldn’t fault the service one bit. The car itself is amazing - the drive home was perfect, no problems at all. Purchased a Ford focus. Definitely the best experience I have ever had when buying a car. The car is immaculate. Purchased my car today and received an excellent service. The car itself was in fantastic condition and both guys were really helpful throughout the process and helping me to understand everything. Would 100% recommend.

From the prompt call-back from Victoria to driving away the new car, the whole experience was great.  There was no pressure, we could take our time and our questions were checked properly and answered accurately. We were given all the paperwork covering the car's service history and  everyone we dealt with was great. We would definitely recommend going to Bettercar for quality cars and great service.
