The vine Hotel is in a fabulous location, designed for functions. The rooms are dated and overpriced but we'll maintained,  the staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble.  Special mention to Ruby on another level .......we had no hot water in our superior room, promised to give us a discount, never happened,  won't return, will chalk it up to experience,  you will have a lovely time, the food is to die for

Visited for a Sunday Lunch /Roast. Excellent food, had roast lamb, couldn't fault it. Everything was served hot, fresh and tasty. Just as good as a home cooked and plentiful.nnDefinitely recommend

A very pleasant stay at a hotel that is a bit off the beaten track aka quieter from central Skegness. There's a bit of character to the building and the greenery surrounding it is pleasant. We walked down to the beach and across, it takes about 20-30 mins to walk into Skegness this way... A very pleasant beach & walk.

Very clean place, heating in room was hard to control, food was great, staff friendly. Music from function was loud and still playing until I complained for the second time at 1 am. Will stay again as it's convenient for me, but will make sure I am on third floor

This is The Vine Hotel in Skegness. A wonderful place to stay, friendly, courteous staff, comfortable beds, lovely bathroom with plenty of hot water, 2 bars, one of which had an open fire making it a really cozy room, and a restaurant with delicious food. It was built in the early 1700's and smugglers often frequented the bar. They even found a skeleton, buried in the walls when doing some refurbishment, believed to be a customs officer from the times of the smugglers.nThere is also a wedding room where couples can get married and have their reception.nA stunning old building, full of history.
