I am delighted with the service from Caledonian Lock & Safe Co. Ltd because I had difficulty in sourcing a new intercom handset and, in fact, friends told me there was no Company who could supply one. Well, John at Caledonian was amazing and simply arranged for one to be installed. The guy who fitted it and also Gillian in the office have been friendly, knowledgeable, most capable and helpful

Avoid this company at all costs, They were contacted to quote for a door lock barrel and keys for a close door and decided to change it without authorisation the part replaced costs £6.50 on amazon and keys I can get cut for £2.00 each, the bill we have received is for £270 and they are trying to charge for the lock/latch which was not replaced at all, so not only a ridiculously extortionate price but also a fraudulent claim that they replaced parts when they didn't. This was done through a factor and will not be paid at all. It seems you cant trust anyone these days to do a job without trying to rip off the customer. I will also be contacting trading standards about this company and their fraudulent practises.
Had to use this company for emergency access when my lock broke. Despite being very helpful on the phone and sending someone out very quickly the person who attended was incredibly rude and aggressive, swore constantly and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. This was far beyond poor customer service with the guy seeming genuinely angry about doing the work. I would avoid this company at all costs.
Excellent service. Came out as promised and work done to very high standard with very good quality locks. Would not hesitate to use again!
Really helped me out when I was locked out. They knew I was in a hurry and came over and dealt with it incredibly quickly! They were very polite too
