Amazing level of customer care and attention. I initially had low expectations from dealing with tradesmen before but I made the phone call he said he would come out and he text me before he arrived and actually came on time. He told me that I needed a lock and would have to order it and I thought how long is this going to take then? But a couple of days later I got a text - lock was here. WOW whats going on I thought? Another text coming in half an hour. Again arrived on time, Did the job cleaned up after him. Am I missing something? Brilliant, one for the contact list me thinks.

VERY timely and professional. Gave me some good advice without any pressure sales whatsoever. Called in the morning and he came out and had my door fixed by the afternoon.

Steve fixed both our front doors and gave us a nice discount to boot for doing the 2.

Used Steve on two occasions now and on both occasions have not been disappointed. Comes out when he says he will and does a good job. A definite keeper.

I needed a lock change and perhaps another lock fitted to my door. Steve advised me that I didn’t need the other lock and only changed my lock. He could of fitted the other lock and charged me for it but was very honest and upfront about his advice.
