We'd made booking & arrived earlier than time, we were seated straight away,but before actually sitting down we asked if we would be finished within the hour as table was reserved for other people.Also I checked that the Carbonara could be gluten free, the waiter had to go & check with chef, as he didn't seem to know. The fries were overcooked & gluten free pasta wasn't fully cooked. The owner's girlfriend was sitting at next table listening to my girlfriend & myself discussing our experience. When waiter cleared the table & checked if everything was OK, we informed him of problems even though these problems were small & maybe due to change of ownership. I am hoping that this restaurant will continue to cater for gluten free diets as my girlfriend has Coeliac Disease & we have eaten here numerous times before without any problems.
