Was told by Amazon to take a parcel here for return because I didn't have the original packaging for a defective item. They are supposed to print and pack the item for you but the member of staff told me I had to print the label myself at a machine, which I could not easily see because I am quite short and the light was reflecting off the smeary screen. Took ages to scan the QR code and nobody offered to help, despite there being no other customers in the shop. They took the package and label after I eventually managed to print it and stuck directly on the box, without placing it in any other packaging, despite the sign on the machine saying parcels should be securely packaged. The member of staff was having a phone conversation with someone else while they were "serving" me, which I thought was rude. I am sure they are being paid by Evri to provide a service, which they are getting customers to do themselves while they talk on the phone and don't offer to help the customer even when they are clearly having difficulties. Not very impressed
Just wanted to say I popped in to make a small purchase flowers and a bottle of water, and I really needed help with a personal issue........ I was very grateful that you could help me, thank you for being sympathetic to my need.
Great when you don’t want to pop to a supermarket good selection of fridge cold drinks & has pretty much most items to get you by plus has lottery machine
Only been in this shop once, very anxious after a previous bad experience due too the Amazon parcel drop of service. The young lady couldnt of been more helpful, and I left feeling very relieved.
Helpful and friendly staff. A good variety of products available. Quick service with Hermes delivery quiries. Very efficient and helpful staff members.
Just a normal mini supermarket/convenience shop. Sells all the essentials if your desperate. I'd rather walk 10 minutes into the centre of Dunstable and pay 40-50% less.
