I placed an order at 7pm this evening and was told it would be 30 - 45 mins. After 50 minutes I had to ring up to see where it was. I was told it was on its way. 20 minutes later the order still hadn't arrived so I rang up again. This time they said the driver couldn't find the house and had brought the order back! I was offered the order again with another 20 minute wait, needless to say I cancelled it. This isn't the first time this has happened but it will definitely be the last - NEVER again.

Ordered via hungry house at 16:30. Got told my order was sent off at 17:45 due to arrive at 18:00. Rang them up at 18:30 to be constantly interrupted from talking to them with "half an hour" being repeated over and over again in a terrible faked accent (I know they speak good English being a old regular customer) . Food arrived at 19:00 cold and terrible. Everything was greasy and just tasted bland. Overall dissatisfied as quality of food has just dropped dramatically in the past few months.

Terrible service ordered on just eat order never arrived although it said delivered tried ringing up and constantly engaged. Will never order again.
