Delivery man came with a bad attitude saying they don't deliver to my area. Don't want to travel? Don't accept the order! Chicken kebab was cold as ice. Those 5 star ratings are a load of rubbish probably posted by themselves. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered through just eat to be delivered at 21.30 we ordered a small kebab and salad in a pitta bread.  Food was delievered and hour early was stone cold and had no pitta bread with the salad. Rang restaurant were extremely rude no customer service.  All we wanted was the food re cooked and they could have the old food back refused to even do that.  Never using again.. to add to the review the restaurant just delivered 5 pitta breads out of spite why send 5 pitta breads when they could of just cooked the small kebab again. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN! Vile service..

Waited over 2 hours for food delivery,, food never arrived, phoned to enquire to be told they had no delivery drivers and they didn’t know if or when our order would arrive. Requested a refund which was rudely refused! Very unhelpful. Will never ever order from Best Kebab again and will recommend others to avoid at all costs.

Awful service. Food arrived an hour an a half late and never arrived some food I paid for. After ringing couple times, the delivery man turned off the phone and up to this date I still payed for something never arrived.
