I ordered dessert from this “special” place in Abertillery, however the chocolate fudge cake was not defrosted and was more icy then leaving my coat in the freezer. My friend mistakes this chocolate fudge cake for a brick, and started to attempt to throw at my head, now here is the worst part, i now have a fractured skull and i’m in hospital for this incident. My solicitor will be in contact when he eventually wakes up.
Been using best kebab for many years now but I'm sorry to say that tonight's serving of a XL lamb Donna was very disappointing compared to previous orders the serving was very small with very little salad. If this does not get rectified I will not be using you again.
Truly is the BEST KEBAB HOUSE. Been a regular now for a few years and every single meal have always been hot, fresh and tasty. Lovely and friendly staff and delivery drivers..and always happy to help and apologetic when they make mistakes or forget something Very rarely. Will never go anywhere else.
Brilliant food. My fiance and I have take away from them about once a month and they never disappoint. The food is well cooked and presented and there is always way too much for one meal the money we pay covers two meals; the family share boxes and munchie boxes are to die for!!!
I normally love my meal but large is now small!
Ordered a pizza, chips, and a big bottle of coke, paid full price and when I opened the bag they delivered 2 small cans of Diet Coke instead, called them up and explained and they said they'd send someone back to deliver the bottle instead straight away, never turned up. Reliability and customer service is shocking, better off taking an order from somewhere else.
Best kebab I have ever had
First visit to this place was very good full carton well presented plenty of meat salad nice & fresh so I recommend it to friends happy days second visit very little meat salad was little and rank so if I was you try elsewhere I felt I was realed in thanks
Completly shocking. Ordered twice from here now. First time forgot 90% of our order. including a £10 meal of a mixed shish. Second time we ordered to give them the benefit of the doubt, and to get our free bottle of coke they forgot last time.. only to have not received our bottle of coke and a burger and 2 pieces of chicken in our shish! We phoned and they hung up 3 times.. Trading standards it is. Disappointing because there food that we did receive was lovely.
