Great pub, lovely staff, good craic and punters. Fab band Temporary Chaos. Can't comment on beer I'm a non-drinker. Only thing stopping this pub getting 5from me is lack of nearby parking but that seems to be the same all over Abertillery? I'll be happy to be right on that point. Will definitely visit again.
On 18th January 2020 I came to join my family for my 50th birthday celebrations. I was overwhelmed when I walked into the dolls house unknown to me a surprise party was organised and we had a fantastic night. Great venue highly recommended keep up the good work...
never a bad experience in the dolls, good variation of bands upstairs and friendly staff. drinks are reasonably priced and an assessable smoking area which is covered and has benches so can sit down outside as well as in. highly recommended

Great music venue with really good food. Very cool decor inside too if you're a music fan!
Fabulous service and food. Nothing too much trouble and the girls there are so friendly. No alternative from a roast on a Sunday and sadly no kids menu options either, but the roast was very good.
Excellent live bands all day last Saturday. Good food.
Before the pandemic i used to frequent the dolls house nearly every weekend. Tonight was the first night that I returned, the establishment is under new management and I can honestly say that I am more than impressed.... The warmest welcome you could ever wish for... from the management and the accommodation that we received for my disabled friend surpassed anything I've ever experienced. Reasonably priced drinks and fantastic entertainment was the order of the night. Great atmosphere and a thoroughly enjoyable night. Thank you to you and all of your staff.
Great little venue compact, parking in the narrow streets is a nightmare.
Excellent food would definitely go back
