Berrys Superfast - Useful to have a service from Hammersmith unlike competitors that leave from Victoria and therefore take longer, or from Heathrow and therefore charge more. Pricing is competitive and not dynamic which is very refreshing these days.nStaff on the coach are friendly on the whole.nThey were very understanding when I missed a coach due to TFL ruination, and re-booked me - I had to get to Somerset to sort out my elderly mother's meds.

Super trip to Bletchley Park. The venue was more than anticipated. Our driver Sam was very accommodating and why not relax and leave the car at home. I had a great day out. Thank you.

Not used Berry's before, however last night around 8:30/45pm my partner was at the lights between Staplegrove and Norton Fitzwarren. The lights were red, however one of your drivers proceeded to beep their horn, rev their engine and flash their lights whilst being very close to my partner's bumper. Intimidating behaviour for no reason.

Hi under no circumstances would I use this company... After my van was hit by a BERRY'S Coach on the 3rs July 2023 the driver drove off without stopping and didn't leave any details... I had to find out myself who had hit my van and chase it up. BERRY'S made it extremely difficult and denied responsibility at first until I sent them cctv footage. My vehicle is disabled registered and is needed for my wifes hospital visits and I have now had no car for a month.... Including having no courtesy car...THEY HAVE STILL NOT PAYED ME MY FULL INSURANCE AFTER A MONTH.... DON'T USE THIS COMPANYnnDate of experience: 03 July 2023
