Just been to Bensons at Ventura, very helpful, lots of beds to choose from and pillows brilliant experience up to know, update once sale complete. We are completed. From start to finish has been a pleasure to deal with. The drivers were polite & respectful to our property & well the bed looks fabulous and so soft & comfy. FAB U LOUS nights sleep. Sharon was lovely. Really helpful. Asked exactly what we were looking for, showed the type of beds we wanted, was patient whilst they were tested and advised us about bases, headboards, etc to suit my budget. Explained all the finance options clearly, and was just really helpful. Made the whole trip a very easy and stress free one.
Just like Julie Beech, DONT take a risk on a pillow. State non refundable in all fairness but I spent 2hrs on this one when I got it home and realised I made a huge mistake.i called the next day to explain. Manager would not accept it back, even at their loss and to purchase a replacement through them. DONT take the risk-go elsewhere.

I am a very indecisive shopper, and finding a new bed felt like a minefield! I cannot thank Chris at Benson’s enough for his time and patience! in helping us find the right one. Knowledgable, genuinely took time to understand what we might need. Highly recommend.
Great service in the shop. Delivery was on my chosen date, had a call from driver when they were on their way and mattress was carried to my chosen room and packaging taken away.
Helpful staff, good selection, came out with more than what I went in for oops. A coffee while considering would've been nice!
We bought 2 pillows and on our signed receipt it states that there is a 40 night comfort guarantee, they were so uncomfortable we returned them to the shop and told they are non returnable even though they were only used for a few hours and had a protective cover on. The acting manager had a terrible attitude. I phoned customer service and I am waiting for a phone back from the store. Why can you state their is a comfort guarantee but not honour it. I really hope this can be resolved without going through the legal process.
