Received delivery of our new bed today! Thank you so much! Very professional from start to finish. Never did we feel under pressure with the purchase of our bed, wonderful expert advice and then left to make our decisions, just as I like it. Fantastic place for quality beds. Inside this ordinary metal shed is the best, well arranged display of superb quality beds to suit most budgets. Shelley was there to welcome us, she gave us a quick tour of beds we were interested in with plenty of time to browse and no pressure sales. Shelley was a font of knowledge when we had questions - brilliant find and will definitely be back for our next bed.

Great service from The Bed Centre throughout this purchase! Shelly was so helpful in store when we went to visit, gave us all the information we needed and was always there to answer any questions we had. Our move in date was delayed but this was no issue for them and they very kindly delayed the delivery date to suit us. The delivery men got the bed in and all set up so quickly! The actual bed is great as well and just what we needed. Would definitely recommend The Bed Centre to anyone!!!
The Mattress is fine. But I find it very hard. Do you do a 14 day change do not want money back just a softer Mattress. It felt fine in the shop but after sleeping on it for 4 night l find it too firm. I give the service 5 stars but the Mattress we chose only 2. Sorry Mr T Gasper
I would highly reccomend the bed centre, Peter helped us in store and he was very knowledgable and friendly, excellent. Andrew and Cam who delivered our bed and put it together for us, were so nice and did a great, professional job! It's refreshing to deal with such a professional company. Can't wait to have a good sleep in our new bed, thank you the bed centre for amazing service from start to finish.
Had back issues for a long time. Brought a new orthopaedic mattress from The Bed Centre, best mattress I've had in years!!!!!. No back pain for the 4 weeks. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this family run company to anyone who still likes to buy from local companies.
We recently purchased a new King size mattress for our bed. The transaction ran very smoothly and effectively from the time that we entered the showroom and chose our new mattress until the time that we said goodbye to the delivery men. There was no "hard sell" from the sales staff and we were left alone but with staff present to help us. to try out the mattresses until we returned to our first choice. The Gentleman who helped us make our purchase, Peter, was quiet, kind, confident and very professional with a good depth of knowledge that had been acquired over many years of business. In fact, I reminded him that we had purchased children's beds from The Bed Centre 30 years ago when it was based in Kettlebrook, Tamworth. The delivery men who delivered our new mattress were equally as professional and even complied to remove their footwear to carry the mattress inside and upstairs because of the carpet being new and the risk of staining from the gloomy, dirty, wet weather, outside. We also had phone calls on the day to confirm that our bed was in stock and could be delivered immediately! My son and his wife have also purchased their bed from the Bed Centre. I would not hesitate to recommend the Bed Centre and will always highly recommend the company's professional but helpful approach to prospective clients. It would seem that in the words of a famous airline, the Bed Centre's consideration to its customers is that they "Never forget you have a choice". Mr & Mrs Wakeman.
Very friendly and helpful and was not rushed at all to make a decision but was guided in the right direction in helping to make our choice. There was plenty to choose from and a wide range of patterns and colours for headboards, delivery was quick,efficient and on time cannot fault anything. thank you
We went to the store on a saturday afternoon around closing time 23rd of September , on a recommendation from my partners chiropractor, we found what we were looking for: a good mattress, a woody strong bed for it and some lovely pillows. The woman from the store was very helpful, nice and friendly, helped us to choose the right items, did all the paper work, thank you so much. On the 26th of September, we received the products, the crew assembled the new bed with the new mattress very quick and efficient, they also removed the old ones for us, so very grateful for everything, so happy with our purchases and highly recommend.
