Absolutely stunning water garden! If you were rushing around you would probably only take an hour to get around it all, but it's well worth taking your time, or you might miss some of the hidden gems. We got very lucky as a flock of ducks decided to walk past us as we were sitting on a bench enjoying a view of one the lakes. Incredibly cute and well looked after. The whole area was pristine with not a twig out of place, which is ideal as you can get married there if I remember correctly. The perfect place for a bit of photography, and you can even view some unusual wildlife, we got to see a small snake near the back of the gardens. There is a human sized chequers board hidden away too which you can use. I lost to my partner though as she outwitted me! There is a small museum and shop at the end of the gardens too which has a lot of information on the formation of the gardens and local area. Well worth the £11 per person price tag for entry.
Spent an enjoyable hour walking the grounds and lakes at Bennett's. Ideally a visit in season for the waterlilies is highly recommended.. Full entrance fee of £11 per adult seems a little steep.
We had a lovely relaxing, enjoyable day here, our third visit from Kent. A tranquil walk in the sun with wonderful plants and wildlife to see, plenty of photo opportunities too. Nice, pleasant and knowledgeable staff too, we’ll visit again in the future
Lovely water gardens are well maintained and good for an hour or two.
Amazing place of beauty especially considering the transformation. I only wish I had more time to just soak in the beauty and serenity
Lovely, peaceful gardens. Make sure that you go at the best time for Water Lilies, May to September. Monet Cafe is nice too, lunch or tea.
I don’t think I could rate it anymore highly! I absolutely loved it and really wished I had bought a season ticket!! definitely would have a wedding here! Just stunning and so many photo opportunities! 10
Super quality gardens and so tranquil
Very nice place with cafe but entrance fee is a bit expensive for what is there.
A pleasant collection of ponds created to farm water Lillie's and farm fish. It takes less than 60 minutes to walk the well marked self led walk among and around the ponds. I am sure the lillys are more spectacular in the spring and we were among the last visitors of the 2022 summer season as the centre closes for the winter at the end of September. Reasonable car parking and a basic but we'll served cafe.
