Vehicle in for insurance repair, and this place is inundated with work. Front of house and customer interaction were good, time frames for completion were somewhat ambiguous. Car park stuffed with oranges vehicles, you’d be lucky to nab a space, and the surrounding roads are generally solidly parked as well. Work was satisfactory and on time.

took 4 weeks for a 2 week job, kept getting conflicting stories about the issues and to top it all off they dented my car and are now denying it. STAY AWAY

Car picked up, repaired using genuine Vauxhall parts, and a repairer explained the work done before the car was returned.

Just dropped my car off (Friday) for bodywork repair. Staff friendly and efficient. Courtesy car is new, clean etc. A call a couple of hours later and an estimate has been done. Insurance company has approved it, parts fitted and awaiting final part on Tuesday then ready to pickup on Wednesday. Very happy so far. Parts arrived on Tuesday. Call on Wednesday to say car ready. No hassle and a very good job done. Highly recommended.

terrible customer service called at 4.45pm to be told that car would not be ready for 5pm as stated .called next morning to be told would update us between 10am and 11am never bothered to call would definitely not recommend
